Will the windows be cleaned in the rain?

Rainwater doesn’t affect the clean of your windows. This means that when it is raining, Onyx Clean. will still be likely to clean your windows. There is a guarantee on this, and if you aren’t happy with the clean, we will come back and clean them again, free of charge.

What is the payment method?

The preferred payment method is BACS, or by direct debit. However, if you’d rather pay by cash or cheque this can be organised also.

Do I need to be at home?

No. A complementary text/email is sent out the night before, so you can leave any gates unlocked for access. If you have a gate code, this may need to be provided.

What is the cleaning method?

Onyx Clean. use the pure water pole fed system, meaning that all windows are cleaned without needing a ladder. Using pure water means that once the dirt is scrubbed and rinsed from your windows, a steak free, spotless finish is left!

Is the conservatory roof cleaned on every visit?

No. The cleaning of your conservatory roof is charged as a separate job. If you’d like this to be on a regular basis, please inform us of your requirements.

Does it include the frames, sills, and doors?

Yes. The frames, sills and doors are cleaned on every visit!

Do you clean internal windows?

Yes. On occasion, if you would like the insides of your windows cleaned, please just ask for it to be included.

How often should I get my gutters cleared?

We recommend an annual cleaning of your gutters. In high tree fall areas, this may need to be done bi-annually.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Onyx Clean. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason, you aren’t happy, we will come and re-clean your windows free of charge.
